Melinda Brennan

Melinda Brennan is a professional Trainer and Coach, working both within her own business and also contracting to other training businesses such as Nurturing Nortons. She runs training courses and facilitates workshops in Personal Development, Business planning and organisation, Leadership, and other topics as required, both online and face to face.

In the past, her business primarily involved assisting and facilitating the growth of at‐home and micro businesses, working in group settings and one-on-one with clients on an international basis. Over time Melinda has moved more towards training, personal and leadership development.

A Professional Certified Coach, Melinda is the ACT Branch President of the International Coach Federation. She is also a member of two Toastmasters clubs in the ACT and is an effective and entertaining public speaker.

Background
Before establishing her own business Melinda completed eighteen years in the Australian Army. She rose through the ranks from office assistant to managing Personnel Offices and Human Resources, leading teams of staff (both civilian and military) and completed her career as an Indonesian linguist and Intelligence Analyst. The skills and experience gained during her time in the military provided an excellent foundation as she transitioned into training, speaking and coaching.
